The choruses of the school № 506 were based in 1983 by Nina Massik.

Graduated from Moscow pedagogical State University.
She worked with composer, academician Dm. Kabalevsky

School was the base of the laboratory of the musical formation of the Research Institute of the schools of the ministry of Education of the RSFSR.

under the management of the professor of Leningrad conservatory E. Kudryavtseva

Sergey Nikolayevich - accompanist of the choruses of school for the elongation of more than two decades
(from which 19 years it unselfishly rescued school and choruses on its initiative).
It finished the St. Petersburg state conservatory
the name of A. Rimsky-Korsakova. As early as the years of instruction in the school
he became the artist of the theatrical association.
After the end of conservatory he was soloist, ansamblist,
by the artist of orchestra, by teacher.
Participant of the ХII World Youth Festival and students,
congresses and the plenums of composers, festivals and competitions of song.
Took part in the records spent by firm " Melody " and TV.
Author of the books, scientific research and television films.

In the school there are 3 choruses, that cover of the more 4th part of all students of the school:
- the chorus of the first classes,
- the junior chorus, in which sing the children of 8-10 years,
- the elder chorus, in which continue to be occupied by creation the children of 12-17 years.
Furthermore, the students after choral occupations have the capability to obtain
and to improve the habits of solo singing.
School choruses, ensembles and soloists bring up in the best models
classical Russian and foreign music, the creation of contemporary composers. They have the rare capability to fulfill some works with the soloing violin.
In the work and during the appearances principally are not used the microphones
and soundtracks-minuses, are placed the task of setting voice.
Reaching the successes in this region, the number of students in the different years
entered into the choruses of radios and television, the children's chorus Of Mariinsky theater, the chorus of the professor of the St. Petersburg conservatory E.Kudryavtseva with the vocal choir of Saint Petersburg, into the choral associations in different cities of Germany.
In 2006-2007 academic year the soloist of the chorus Yalikova Victoria gave solo vocal concert from the classical works of Russian and foreign composers.
In 2009 the elder chorus of school was on the tours in Germany.
In 2009-2010 academic years the soloist of the chorus Anastasia Belyakova appeared with the solo vocal concert by the name "Again about the love". The classical and contemporary works of Russian and foreign composers entered into the program of concert.

For a period of many years choruses, ensembles and the soloists are the conquerors of different competitions, festivals, reviews and Olympiads.
